Section 41-5831 - DefinitionsIn this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "HVAC system" means the equipment, distribution network and terminals that provide, either collectively or individually, the process of heating, ventilation or air conditioning to a building.2. "School activity hours" means the time of day in which students or school personnel occupy school facilities.3. "Standard 62" means the American national standards institute/American society of heating, refrigerating and air conditioning engineers standard 62.1 entitled "ventilation for acceptable indoor air quality".Renumbered from A.R.S. § 15-2131 by L. 2021, ch. 404,s. 45, eff. 9/29/2021.
