Section 41-3029.09 - Arizona department of agriculture; termination July 1, 2029A. The Arizona department of agriculture and all divisions, offices, councils and committees organized within the department terminate on July 1, 2029.B. Title 3, chapter 1, article 1 and this section are repealed on January 1, 2030.
