Section 41-2551 - Record of procurement actionsA. The director shall maintain a record listing all contracts in excess of an amount to be determined by regulation made under section 41-2536 or 41-2537 for a minimum of five years. The record shall contain: 1. Each contractor's name.2. The amount and type of each contract.3. A listing of the materials, services or construction procured under each contract.B. The record shall be available for public inspection.
