Section 40-805 - Records required to be kept by secretaryThe secretary shall keep:
1. A record of the meetings of stockholders and directors, of all contracts entered into by the board of directors, and of the assets and liabilities of the corporation.2. A stock ledger showing the names and residences of all stockholders, the shares held by each and the actual cash paid therefor.3. A stock transfer book.4. Other books necessary to show fully the corporate transactions.
