Section 37-131 - State land commissioner; appointment; term; removal; compensationA. There shall be a state land commissioner who shall be the executive officer of the state land department.B. The commissioner shall be appointed by the governor pursuant to section 38-211 and shall serve at the pleasure of the governor.C.
