Section 36-260 - DefinitionsIn this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Children who have a chronic illness or physical disability" means children who are under twenty-one years of age and whose primary diagnosis is a severe physical condition that may require ongoing, medical or surgical intervention.2.
