Section 32-3209 - Release of information; feesA. On request of any person, a health profession regulatory board must provide the following information to that person:1. A copy of the minutes of any specified board meeting.2. A copy of a board action concerning a person regulated by the board.3. A copy of the final adjudication of a complaint against a person regulated by the board. For the purposes of this paragraph, final adjudication of a complaint does not include any complaint that was dismissed or terminated more than five years before the request was submitted.4. The name and primary practice address of a person regulated by the board.B. A health regulatory board may charge a fee for copies of any of the information in subsection A.
