Section 32-2205 - [Effective 6/30/2028] Veterinary medical examining board fundA. The veterinary medical examining board fund is established. Pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, the board shall deposit ten percent of all fees and other revenue accruing to the board in the state general fund and deposit the remaining ninety percent in the veterinary medical examining board fund.B.
