Section 32-1725 - Issuance and display of license and certificateA. The board shall issue to each applicant who satisfactorily passes the examination and who pays the license issuance fee pursuant to section 32-1727 a license under the seal and signatures of the members of the board. An applicant who does not pay the issuance fee within sixty days must submit a new application and all applicable fees pursuant to section 32-1727.B. A person who holds a license or certificate pursuant to this chapter must display the current, original document in a conspicuous place that is accessible to the public.C. A person who practices, conducts business or is employed at more than one location and who maintains a continuing activity as authorized by the license or certificate must display a board-issued duplicate of that document at each location.Amended by L. 2013, ch. 186,s. 4, eff. 9/13/2013.
