Section 30-811 - Electricity producers; safeguards; electromagnetic pulse; definitionA. Notwithstanding any other law, electricity producers in this state shall consider the dangers associated with an electromagnetic pulse and take steps to secure a continuous supply of electricity to the residents of this state.B.
