Section 29-4102 - Professional limited liability company formationA. One or more persons may form a professional limited liability company by filing articles of organization with the commission that, in addition to the information required under section 29-3201, specify both of the following:1. That the company is a professional limited liability company.2. The professional service or services that the professional limited liability company is organized to provide.B. A limited liability company organized under a law of this state other than this article may elect professional limited liability company status by amending its articles of organization pursuant to section 29-3202 to comply with subsection A of this section and with section 29-4106.Added by L. 2018, ch. 168,s. 4, eff. 9/1/2019.
