Section 28-5740 - License issuance; durationA. The director or authorized third party shall issue a license to an applicant if: 1. The application is in proper form and has been accepted for filing.2. Any other conditions and requirements of this article have been met.B. A license is valid until cancelled, surrendered or revoked pursuant to this article.
