Section 27-1326 - Violation; classificationA. Beginning January 1, 2007, an owner or operator of an exploration operation or aggregate mining unit shall not:1. Cause a surface disturbance at an exploration operation or aggregate mining unit in violation of this chapter.2. Fail or refuse to conduct reclamation according to the terms of a reclamation plan authorized by this chapter.B. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
