Section 20-151 - Issuance of orders and notices by directorA. Orders and notices of the director are not effective unless the orders and notices are in writing and signed by the director or by the director's authority.B. Every order of the director shall state its effective date and shall concisely state: 1. Its intent or purpose.2. The grounds on which the order is based.3. The provisions of this title pursuant to which action is so taken or proposed to be taken, but failure to so designate any provision shall not deprive the director of the right to rely on the provision.C. The department may send orders and notices in accordance with section 20-117, paragraph 4. If the department sends an order or notice by mail, the department shall send the order or notice, postage prepaid, to the recipient's principal place of business as last of record in the director's office.Amended by L. 2021, ch. 5,s. 2, eff. 9/29/2021.
