Section 13-913 - Definition of intensive probationIn this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, "intensive probation":
1. Means a program established pursuant to this chapter of highly structured and closely supervised probation that emphasizes individualized intervention for a person who is deemed appropriate for the program pursuant to section 13-914, subsection B.2.
