Section 12-1154 - Filing certified copy of judgmentA. Upon rendition of final judgment vesting title in plaintiff, the clerk of the court shall make and certify, under the seal of the court a copy or copies of the judgment, which shall be recorded in the office of the county recorder, and the recording shall constitute notice to all persons of the contents thereof.B. A copy of the judgment certified by the clerk of the court shall be admissible in evidence in any judicial proceedings.
