Section 47.12.210 - Fingerprinting of minors(a) A peace officer may fingerprint a minor under the same circumstances as an adult may be fingerprinted.(b) Except as provided by AS 47.12.310(b)(1), fingerprint records taken under this section are not subject to AS 47.12.310.
