Section 44.42.085 - Comprehensive long-range community and public transportation plan(a) The commissioner shall (1) prepare a comprehensive long-range plan for the development and improvement of coordinated community and public transportation; and(2) revise and update the plan at intervals determined by the commissioner.(b) The department shall submit the comprehensive long-range plan and revisions and updates of the plan to the governor and the legislature.Amended by SLA 2012, ch. 36,sec. 2, eff. 1/1/2017.Added by SLA 2012, ch. 36,sec. 1, eff. 5/24/2012.
