Section 44.21.450 - Civil liability of volunteer guardians(a) A volunteer guardian ad litem under the supervision of the office of public advocacy is not civilly liable for acts or omissions during the good faith performance of duties as a guardian unless the acts or omissions constitute gross negligence.(b) This section does not affect the civil liability of the office of public advocacy.
