Section 42.40.150 - Meetings of the board(a) The chairman of the board shall call meetings of the board at least once every three months. The chairman or a majority of the members of the board may call other meetings of the board as necessary. The chairman shall preside at meetings.(b) Except for executive sessions, the meetings of the board are public. The board shall provide by rule for a method of providing reasonable notice to the public of its meetings.(c) The board shall keep minutes of each meeting.
