Section 41.17.220 - Management of state forests

Land within a state forest or within a unit of a state forest shall be managed under

(1) the sustained yield principle;

(2) this chapter;

(3) a forest management plan prepared by the department; and

(4) if applicable, a carbon offset project undertaken by the department under AS 38.95.400 - 38.95.499.
