Section 37.14.099 - Definitions
In AS 37.14.001 - 37.14.099,
(1) "authority" means the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority established under AS 44.25.200 ;(2) "board" means the board of trustees of the authority;(3) "enabling Act" means the Alaska Mental Health Enabling Act of 1956, P.L. 84-830, 70 Stat. 709.
