Section 37.10.260 - Staff(a) The Department of Revenue shall provide staff for the board.(b) The board may designate a trustee or an officer or employee of the Department of Revenue to be responsible for signing on behalf of the board a deed, contract, or other document that must be executed by or on behalf of the board.
