Section 29.55.160 - Definitions
In AS 29.55.100 - 29.55.165,
(1) "mortgage" has the meaning given in AS 13.06.050;(2) "program" means a program established under AS 29.55.100.(3) "finance" and "financing" include refinancing an existing project.
