Section 25.25.102 - State tribunal and support enforcement(a) The superior court and the child support services agency are the tribunals of this state.(b) The child support services agency created in AS 25.27.010 is the support enforcement agency of this state.Amended by SLA 2015, ch. 32,sec. 18, eff. 7/1/2015.
