Section 18.09.225 - Other program participants(a) A health care provider or group of providers may opt into the program if approved by the commissioner under regulations adopted by the department.(b) An assessable entity may not deny a claim for coverage by a health care provider of vaccines not distributed under the program.(c) A health care provider may not bill a payor for or resell a vaccine distributed under the program.Amended by SLA 2019, ch. 17,sec. 7, eff. 7/1/2019.Repealed by SLA 2014, ch. 30,sec. 5, eff. 1/1/2021, but section 5 later repealed.Added by SLA 2014, ch. 30,sec. 1, eff. 1/1/2015.
