Section 15.56.050 - Voter misconduct in the second degree(a) A person commits the crime of voter misconduct in the second degree if the person (1) registers to vote without being entitled to register under AS 15.07.030;(2) knowingly makes a material false statement while applying for voter registration or reregistration; or(3) votes or attempts to vote in an election after being disqualified under AS 15.05.030.(b) Voter misconduct in the second degree is a class A misdemeanor.
