Section 15.13.140 - Independent expenditures for or against ballot proposition or question(a)[Repealed, Sec. 19 ch 36 SLA 2010].(b) An independent expenditure for or against a ballot proposition or question (1) shall be reported in accordance with AS 15.13.040 and 15.13.100 - 15.13.110 and other requirements of this chapter; and(2) may not be made if the expenditure is prohibited by AS 15.13.145.
