Section 15.13.076 - Authorized recipients of contributions
A contribution to a
(1) candidate may be received only by (A) the candidate; or(B) the candidate's campaign treasurer or a deputy campaign treasurer;(2) group may be received only by the group's campaign treasurer or a deputy treasurer.
