Section 14.30.775 - [Repealed Effective 6/30/2034] Regulation

The department shall, by regulation, define "dyslexia" for the purposes of AS 14.30.760 - 14.30.780. The department shall consider the meaning of "dyslexia" given by the International Dyslexia Association when adopting the definition by regulation.
