Section 11.66.230 - Possession of gambling records in the first degree(a) A person commits the crime of possession of gambling records in the first degree if, with knowledge of its contents or character, the person possesses a gambling record used or intended to be used in the operation or promotion of an unlawful gambling enterprise.(b) Possession of gambling records in the first degree is a class C felony.
