Section 11.61.250 - Unlawful furnishing of explosives(a) A person commits the crime of unlawful furnishing of explosives if the person furnishes an explosive substance or device to another knowing that the other intends to use the substance or device to commit a crime.(b) Unlawful furnishing of explosives is a class C felony.
