Section 11.46.190 - Theft by receiving(a) A person commits theft by receiving if the person buys, receives, retains, conceals, or disposes of stolen property with reckless disregard that the property was stolen.(b) As used in this section, "receives" includes acquiring possession, control, or title, or lending on the security of the property.
