Section 10.15.025 - Registered office and registered agentEach cooperative shall continuously maintain in this state a registered
(1) office which may, but need not be, the same as its place of business;(2) agent, who may be either an individual resident in the state whose business office is identical with the registered office, or a domestic corporation having a business office identical with the registered office, or a foreign corporation authorized to transact business in the state and having a business office identical with the registered office.
