A dealer who knowingly fails to comply with AS 08.60.200 or08.60.210 or a person who knowingly makes a false entry for a record required under AS 08.60.200 or 08.60.210 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor. In this section, "knowingly" has the meaning given in AS 11.81.900.
