Section 08.13.183 - Use of title; unlicensed use prohibited(a) A person licensed to practice manicuring in the state may use the title "licensed nail technician."(b) A person who uses the title "licensed nail technician" who is not licensed to practice manicuring under this chapter is guilty of a violation.Added by SLA 2015, ch. 27,sec. 10, eff. 1/1/2016.
