Section 06.15.290 - Changes of location; branch banks

A mutual bank may apply for and establish a branch bank, request a change of the location of the bank's principal office, or request a change of the location of a branch bank as allowed under regulations adopted by the department under this chapter.

Amended by SLA 2022, ch. 20,sec. 19, eff. 1/1/2023, app. to a mutual bank that submits an application to establish a branch bank, a request for a location change of the mutual bank's principal office, or a request for a change of the location of a branch bank to the department on or after 1/1/2023.
