Section 06.05.280 - Fees connected with obtaining mortgage loans(a)[Repealed, Sec. 102 ch 26 SLA 1993].(b)[Repealed, Sec. 102 ch 26 SLA 1993].(c) A director, officer, or employee of a bank may not receive a fee or other compensation of any kind in connection with obtaining a mortgage loan from a bank, except for services actually rendered as provided in this chapter.
