Section 04.16.140 - Sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages in a warehouse(a) Alcoholic beverages may not be sold or consumed on premises approved for storage under AS 04.21.060.(b) A person who knowingly violates (a) of this section commits the offense of sale or consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a warehouse.(c) Sale or consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a warehouse is a violation.Amended by SLA 2022, ch. 8,sec. 120, eff. 1/1/2024.
