Section 04.16.080 - Consumption at school events(a) A person who is 21 years of age or older may not consume alcoholic beverages during a school event at the site of the event if the event is expected to attract attendees under 21 years of age.(b) A person who is 21 years of age or older who consumes an alcoholic beverage during a school event at the site of the event under (a) of this section commits the offense of consuming at a school event.(c) Consuming at a school event is a violation and is punishable by a fine of $100.Amended by SLA 2022, ch. 8,sec. 111, eff. 1/1/2024.Amended by SLA 2022, ch. 8,sec. 110, eff. 1/1/2024.
