Rule JuCR 7.9 - Joinder of Offenses and Consolidation of Adjudicatory Hearings(a) Joinder of Offenses. The joinder of offenses in an information is governed by CrR 4.3(a) and (c), where applicable.(b) Consolidation of Adjudicatory Hearing. On motion of the prosecutor or the alleged juvenile offender, or on its own motion, the court may, for purposes of conducting the adjudicatory hearing, order that two or more informations naming different juveniles be consolidated and heard at the same time when two or more defendants could be joined in the same charge pursuant to CrR 4.3(b).Wash.
