These rules are promulgated by the Supreme Court of Virginia pursuant to § 16.169.40:2 of the Code of Virginia to carry out the provisions of Chapter 605 of the Acts of Assembly of 1978 and Chapter 421 of the Acts of Assembly of 1989.
