If there are multiple respondents, the parties may stipulate as to the listed health care profession from which the health care panelist shall be chosen, provided that at least one of the respondents is a member of the agreed upon profession. Absent such stipulation, in instances of multiple respondents, the Court Administrator in his discretion shall determine the appropriate list for the drawing.
