These rules govern the release of case record information held by the Vermont judiciary, or any component thereof, in electronic form whether the record is to be released in electronic or paper form. These rules supplement the Rules for Public Access to Court Records adopted by the Vermont Supreme Court effective May 1, 2001. In case of conflict, the rules for Public Access to Court Records control.
