Rule 5 - Juror Panels
(a) At the direction of the presiding judge of the superior court, the superior court clerk shall select and summon from the master list a panel of persons to serve as jurors for the civil and criminal divisions or separate panels of persons to serve as jurors for the civil division or the criminal division.
(b) The superior court clerk shall retain the remaining questionnaires of qualified persons; these people will be the persons eligible to serve on jury duty in the superior court for a term of service in accordance with Rule 8 of these rules.
(c) At any time, the court clerk may add names to the jury panel by randomly selecting more names from the master list.
(d) At the direction of the presiding judge, the superior court clerk, the sheriff or deputy sheriff shall summon each person selected to serve on a jury panel in the superior court at such time and place as the presiding judge directs.
