An attorney on inactive status is not authorized to practice law in the State of Vermont. Attorneys on inactive status must comply with § 2, but are exempt from compliance with the Mandatory Rules for Continuing Legal Education, except to the extent that those rules apply to attorneys who transfer to active status.
