All oaths of office, administered to judicial officers pursuant to Chapter II, § 56 of the Vermont Constitution, shall be reduced to writing and signed by the judicial officer. The writing shall state the date and place the oath was administered, and the name and title of the person who administered the oath. The original of the written oath shall be filed by the person who administers the oath with the Secretary of State. The Secretary of State shall file judicial oaths in a manner accessible to the public.
