Rule 14-906 - Committee meetings(a) The Committee shall meet as frequently as necessary to conduct the business of the Fund and to timely process claims.(b) The chairperson shall call a meeting at any reasonable time, or upon the request of at least two Committee members.(c) A quorum of any meeting of the Committee shall be three members.(d) Minutes of the meeting shall be taken and permanently maintained.Utah.
