Rule 402 - General Admissibility of Relevant Evidence

Relevant evidence is admissible unless any of the following provides otherwise:

. the United States Constitution;

. the Utah Constitution;

. a statute; or

. rules applicable in courts of this state.

Irrelevant evidence is not admissible.
