Rule 3 - Service and Filing of Papers(a) All written motions, notices and pleadings shall be filed with the court and served on all other parties.(b) Whenever service is required or permitted to be made upon a party represented by an attorney, the service shall be made upon the attorney, unless service upon the party himself is ordered by the court. Service upon the attorney or upon a party shall be made in the manner provided in civil actions.(c) The party preparing an order shall, upon execution by the court, mail to each party a copy thereof and certify to the court such mailing.
